central location friendly staff great breakfast warm room

I found the location amazing, everything was very close by subway. the staff was friendly. They always smiled. i really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good choice. our room was very clean, and it was warm. i stayed during a cold month, so it helped.

the pillows were a little hard, i could not sleep very well because of this! next time, i will ask for a softer one

The reception staff provided quick assistance with directions, and they also stored our luggage before check-in. they gave a map. i found this very helpful. They were always available, and they were ready to answer all my questions.

A tram stop sat just outside the hotel, and it provided easy access to major attractions. there was also a subway station within a short walk. It made getting around easy. several restaurants and shops were nearby.

the room included two comfortable beds, a desk, and a tv set. the bathroom featured a shower and provided toiletries. the room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided each day. it was so useful!

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

excessive noise few parking spots

I found a couple of things unsatisfactory. The lack of air conditioning was definitely a problem. My room became quite stuffy (even with the window open). Street noise was excessive at night. Securing a parking spot proved difficult. The hotel offers very few spaces, which forced me to hunt for public parking on nearby streets.
